Carefully place the jewelry in its original ToniMay pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

Processing & Credit

Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
